Important Requirements for All Rentals

Event Insurance: Required for all rentals. Insurance can be conveniently purchased through us at a rate based on your expected guest count. Please refer to the Rental Rates Sheet for full details.
Private Security: All events must have private security. A minimum of two guards is required, with additional staffing determined by event size. Please refer to the Rental Rates Sheet for full details.
Security Deposits: Each hall or room requires a security deposit to secure your date.

Booking online? Please call our office to submit your deposit. Your date is NOT confirmed until the deposit is received.
